Platform update 1.4.8: search, reviews, documents, and additional language versions
Update 1.4.8: AI Search, Review System, Three Language Versions and Documents
Courtiery continues to scale. In update 1.4.8 we launched four key directions: AI-powered intelligent search, a full review management system, three language versions of the platform, and document management functionality for specialists.
AI Search Across the Entire Platform
We integrated Meilisearch — a modern AI-powered search engine that delivers instant and accurate results. Search covers all sections of the platform simultaneously.

Results are grouped by content type — the client immediately sees where a match was found: in services, cases, specialists, or materials. Search works instantly, even with partial queries, and correctly handles typos.
Review System: Moderation, Appeals and Case Linking
Reviews have become a full-fledged tool for confirming expertise. Every review now goes through verification, is displayed in the specialist's personal account, and can be linked to a specific completed order.
Review Moderation
- All new reviews go through verification before publication — no unverified content on the specialist's page.
- Review statuses in the personal account: published, under review, rejected.
Review Appeals
- A specialist can appeal a review if they consider it unfair or inaccurate.
- The platform reviews the appeal and makes a decision — ensuring reputation protection.
Linking to Orders and Cases
- After both parties successfully complete an order, the review is automatically linked to the transaction.
- A specialist can manually link a review to a case — this builds an evidence base of completed work.
Three Language Versions of the Platform
Before this update, the platform operated exclusively in Ukrainian. Courtiery is now available in three languages — Ukrainian, English and Russian. The language switcher is accessible from anywhere on the platform with a single click.

The selected language is remembered and remains unchanged when navigating between sections. This expands the platform's accessibility for foreign clients, international companies, and Ukrainians accustomed to working in another language.
Documents: Publication, Moderation and Sales
Specialists now have a complete tool for working with documents. Templates, sample applications, standard agreements and other materials can be published on the platform and listed for sale.
Document Publication and Sales
- Upload the document file, cover image, title, description and price.
- After passing moderation, the document is published in the catalog and becomes available for purchase by clients.
Document Statuses and Management
- Every document has a clear status: draft, under moderation, published, archived, rejected.
- All statuses are displayed in the personal account under 'My Documents' — full control over publications.
Documents as a Profile Development Tool
- Documents appear in search results and on the specialist's page alongside cases and articles.
- This allows clients to immediately assess the level of expertise and obtain a ready-made tool for resolving their issue.
Update 1.4.8 is about quality and accessibility. AI search gives clients an instant answer to any query. The review system with moderation and order linking builds a real reputation — not just a set of stars. Three language versions make the platform accessible to a much wider audience. And documents turn a specialist's profile into a fully-fledged digital product. Each of these steps is part of something bigger: we are building an ecosystem where both the client and the specialist get the maximum.
