About the position
Courtiery is a private services platform in the field of legal, accounting, and certification support. We are scaling our client base and building a structured sales department, so we are looking for a manager who can — or wants to learn how to — sell professional services.
We are looking for a person who is not afraid of accountability for results, can stay focused on the sales plan, and builds long-term relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound inquiries (calls, chats)
- Consulting clients on the company's services
- Presenting the platform and conducting negotiations
- Closing contracts
- Managing the client database in CRM
- Meeting the sales plan
- Supporting existing clients
- Agreeing on service terms
- Scheduling clients for consultations
- Creating and monitoring orders on the platform
Requirements for the Sales Manager position
- Sales experience is an advantage (but candidates without experience will be considered)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
