Mobilization is lawful if:
- You are registered for military service;
- You are deemed fit by the Military Medical Commission (MMC);
- You do not have a legal deferment;
- There is a valid mobilization decree (regularly extended).
If the procedure was violated (e.g., you were not allowed to undergo MMC, or your deferment was not considered), this constitutes grounds for appeal.
