Article 38 of the Code of Administrative Offenses provides that administrative penalty for committing offenses stipulated by Articles 210, 210-1 of this Code during a special period may be imposed within three months from the date of its detection, but no later than one year from the date of its commission. The entire process took up to a month, of which removal from wanted list in the presence of a resolution on closing the case within the time limits - 2 days.
